Many days in GP practices are relentless for the staff. We offer short periods of cover for the phones and for clinical triage so that practices' teams can attend training together or hold effective and inclusive staff meetings with everyone present. Several times a year we do this on a large scale to enable full afternoon workshops, updates and education sessions for GP practice staff with their colleagues from other practices.
