Clare Hearn

Clare oversees the safe and effective support and development of the IPC nursing team. Clare has over 35yrs nursing experience with a passion for developing others. Her role in IPC allows her to actively promote the development of general practice nurses by maintaining the role of Practice Assessor and supporting pre-registered nurses through to advance practice. She has achieved Fellowship status at Brighton University and also continues lecturing on the Introduction to Practice Nursing BSc/MSc modules in her specialist clinical area Diabetes & Cardiovascular Disease in Primary Care.
