Dr Mtharu has been a Director of IPC since 2018. As a West Sussex GP he brings clinical experience but also local knowledge to the board. He combines this experience with passion for improving patient services through simplifying and streamlining the interactions between practices and hospitals. He believes that the patient experience is improved through resilient independent local GP surgeries knowing their patients and using data to drive both safety and development.
