Nicola Collins

Nicola has 10 year’s experience as practice manager and became a managing partner in January 2020. Prior to working in primary care she worked in secondary care for 2 years. Nicola has worked as a CQC specialist advisor and is currently a committee member of West Sussex Practice Managers Association, and a trustee for a local charity who do a lot of work supporting the health care system.

As a new director to IPC Nicola is hoping to utilise her experience as a manager and links with other groups; bringing a diverse range of skills to support IPC and in turn the work it does to support practices. Nicola hopes to help IPC in ensuring primary care is represented as we move forward in to the new ICS.
